These Cute Creatures are All Ears (Literally!)

Time for a Bath

Although this list includes numerous animals, this picture was captured by a wildlife enthusiast walking around Alamo Lake. And they knew they had to grab a picture of this jackrabbit when they came upon it! Those ears are, after all, something else, and you never find these creatures daily cleansing their ears. Still, we suppose jackrabbits also need a bath every so then. particularly given their somewhat large ears.

It's amazing behaviour that these rabbits can pull their ears almost to their toes and all the way down over their faces. It's also rather beautiful.
