It's technically impossible to skip breakfast, so here's a fun fact to know. The word breakfast literally means breaking your fast, that is, the period of non-eating, or fasting, that you would have experienced during the night while you were sleeping. So even if you go without food until lunchtime, technically whatever you eat for lunch is technically your breakfast, because you're breaking your fast. (Unless you got up in the middle of the night for a midnight snack.) We're not advocates of skipping breakfast. We think you should start your day with something healthy, nutritious and filling.
